Fresh FP&A believes in offering our clients a great level of support. Our customer service guarantee is to response within 12 hours from submission date. This is available for service affecting issues only, non-service affecting issues will be dealt within 24 hours from submission date.
Fresh FP&A is dedicated to delivering the highest levels of support, but if we fail to meet our service standards for 6 months running, customers have every right to terminate their agreement with just 3 months’ notice.
